Once you schedule a free consultation, we will inspect all areas of the property for storm damages and take pictures. We will then review any damages found upon inspection with you. They can be used as documentation to share with your insurance company to justify your claim.

You’ll get in touch with your insurance company to start the claim. If you need assistance during the call to make sure everything goes correctly, we can sit with you during the process. The insurance company will give you a claim number during the call, which you’ll keep on hand as your claim gets processed.

To make sure your roof is reviewed properly, it’s important for us to be present and meet the insurance adjuster. If we’re not present, there is the possibility of some repairs being overlooked and preventing your roof from being fully repaired.

During the meeting, we’ll show the adjuster all the damages we documented in the initial inspection. The adjuster will confirm the damages and prepare a written summary report going over all the property damage and the amount they are currently estimating the losses to be.
